Summary - Created for ABI/ZX staff to get a staff discount on company products. The standard policy is that ABI staff get £15 taken off their salary every month and for that they receive £20 in beer tokens to spend on the ABI Store with us.

Process -

• Once a month we receive a list of everyone who needs £20 in tokens added from ABI, this includes new & existing accounts. The password for the spreadsheet sent over by Margaret is abi2020

• They need to be copied into this template:

  ABI Staff Credits.xlsm

• Once this is completed send it over to tech via this link - https://beer-hawk.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/group/8/create/43 I’d also message Andrew Rush to let him know you’ve sent it over.

• Tech do a bulk token upload to all e-mail addresses to add the £20. The e-mail addresses that the upload doesn’t work for need to have an account created (Process below).

  • Go to the customer grid on Magento & select Add New Customer
  • Fill out email address, and first, and last name
  • Select ABI in the Associate to Website dropdown

  

  • Select ABI Employee in the customer group dropdown

  

  • Select ABI in the Send Welcome Email From dropdown

  

  • They will immediately receive an e-mail asking them to create their password.
  • Then manually add the tokens using the reason “Month Store Credit” OR if there are loads to do, ask tech to run another bulk token upload once all accounts are created.

Ordering - Only features ABI brand products, with discounts built into the pricing. If people want to order any other products they will need to do so through a personal account on the regular Beer Hawk site, but will need to ring to have 20% discount added to these orders when they place them.

Keg Returns - No current keg returns hub is built into the MyBud store, but customers can use a regular Beer Hawk account for returns.

Known Account issue - Anyone with an existing Beer Hawk account under their ABI store email address will need to log in at beerhawk.co.uk and update their account email address to a personal one to allow them to log in to their new account for MyBud. (Tag ABI_Store_account_email)
