  1. On the eRin home screen if there are an queries from Yodel they will show in the ‘Your open depot queries’ box
  2. Click on the ‘read them now’ link to open the list.
  3. Click on the blue tracking number is view the query.
  4. Resolve the issue either with Yodel is it is an address query or the customer if it is to say the parcel is damaged. Etc.
  5. Then reply to the query or click ‘Yes, acknowledge’ button to close the query
