- On the eRin home screen if there are an queries from Yodel they will show in the ‘Your open depot queries’ box
- Click on the ‘read them now’ link to open the list.
- Click on the blue tracking number is view the query.
- Resolve the issue either with Yodel is it is an address query or the customer if it is to say the parcel is damaged. Etc.
- Then reply to the query or click ‘Yes, acknowledge’ button to close the query
