Approving reviews is a manual process as each one needs to be approved by someone on staff. This is normally done outside of Beer Hawk by ABI but we can also approve reviews if the customer chases.

1. To approve them, go into the customer's account on magento and on the column on the left, there's a link for product reviews.
2. From there you can go into them, for each review when you click into it you can either approve or not approve, hit save on the top right.
3. If there's any duplicates, don't approve the duplicated ones, if the review is not relevant to the product and if there's any swearing, don't approve them either, if it's a fair review, non-offensive, even if it's negative, approve away.
