There are two ways to book a collection, manually or through the customers delivered tracking.

Manually

  1. On the eRin home page https://erin.yodel.co.uk/ click the three lines in the top left of the screen to open a new list below and then click ‘Returns’
  2. Click ‘New’ button in the top right corner.
  3. Enter the customer’s name, then post code and search for the address and select the correct one. (If you cannot find the correct address double check with the customer that the details are correct and if you need to you can manually enter the address by clicking the link at the bottom of the address list ‘Can't find what you are searching for? Either check the address and try again or enter manually by Clicking Here’)
  4. In the next box enter customers phone number and email, you do not need to put anything in the reference box, then click confirm.
  5. Just click confirm on the next box.
  6. In the last box enter the correct number of parcels, select the day you want the collection to be made on and add any notes if needed, like left in porch if not home. Click confirm.
  7. The final screen has all the collection details to confirm it has been booked, you can let the customer know these details and close the page.

Book through tracking

  1. If the customer is returning something recently delivered, such as a mispack or faulty item you can arrange a collection from the tracking details for the delivery.
  2. Under the ‘parcel options’ section click book a return, a new page will open
  3. In the first box add the customers phone number and email if they not already on there and you have them both, click confirm.
  4. Just need to click confirm in the second box.
  5. In the final box select the number of parcels they are returning, which day you would like the collection on and any notes to help with the collection then click confirm
  6. The final screen has all the collection details to confirm it has been booked, you can let the customer know these details and close the page.
