They earn tokens on all orders but cannot use these for their direct debit payment, they can use tokens on any order outside of their sub or we can pause the subscription for 1 month if they want to use these up.
Search for customers either using Accounts or Subscriptions using the email, you can also search using full names and addresses
Customers can only change items through us, this is not possible through their account. Click ‘Options’ next to subscription then ‘Edit’ this will bring up the subscription, .Always click - ‘Schedule a billing change for next bill date & term renewal’
You can either change the quantity of the existing kegs or add different kegs by choosing ‘Create Billable Add on’ and picking the keg on the drop down. Remember the subscription is always multiples of 3 so make sure you have 3 when confirming
We now have to update the SKU configuration on this page also when changing kegs. This appears further down the page e.g : BUNDLE.PD999S.PD015_146.PD019_152.PD025_159
The first bit: BUNDLE.PD999S is the same on every custom refill subscription, what follows after is dependent on which 3 kegs they’ve chosen. 3 Stella would be: BUNDLE.PD999S.PD025_149.PD025_154.PD025_159
