Placing a New Order

1. Go to the Sales tab in Magento and click on Orders.
2. Click on the orange Create New Order button in the top right.
3. Use the table that appears to check if the customer has an account.
4. If the customer does not have an account, click the Create New Customer button in the top right.
5. Once you have determined if the customer has an account or not, you will need to select the "Store". This will be "Beer Hawk".
6. You can then click "Add Products" on the right
7. At this stage you can search for a product either by name or by SKU. Then click Select and add a quantity.
8. Then press "Add Selected Products to Order".
9. Now fill out the details for E-mail/Names/Addresses/Contact Number and fill out as much as possible.
10. Then select the Shipping Method. You must do this before filling in the card details or it will erase the payment details.
11. You can then fill in the payment details. If the customer has a stored card then you can check with them and use that or you will have to select Debit/Credit card and fill in the details.
12. There is also the option for a gift message below the payment details.
13. Click Submit Order.
