It is important that we monitor incoming contact regarding faulty (or potentially faulty) kegs in order to identify any trends and report back to the kegging facilities.

Below is the process for doing so:

  1. Every day, somebody needs to head to the “Keg Quality Reporting” Ticket view and filter by created tickets for the previous day.
  2. They then need to briefly review each ticket and add them to this spreadsheet:
