Klarna is a service we work with that offers the option to either pay in 3 installments or pay for an order in 30 days on selected products.

When a customer has paid with Klarna, the process for refunding is slightly different.

For a full refund, we need to:

• Cancel the order in Magento & BP
• If it's been sent out we need to stop & return via Yodel

To refund the payment, add the details to the following spreadsheet and let a manager or Team Leader know:
