How to Request an Outbound Call
Customers sometimes want to speak to a person directly rather than through chat or e-mail.
Often as well just calling can save a lot of time and give customers that personal touch.
The booking in link for this CANNOT be sent to customers.
We’ll have a different person on outbound calling every day so to request a brief chat please click on the following link and follow the process below:
Call Back Request - Beer Hawk CS
- Check a Date & Time that works for the customer. The slots are between 9am-5pm weekdays and between 9am-430pm weekends.
- There is a fixed lunch break on weekdays at 1pm - 1:30pm on weekdays.
- Fill in the details as follows:
- Name - This is YOUR NAME
- E-mail - This is YOUR E-MAIL - If you put the customer’s e-mail they will see the account we have booked the call back’s into!
- Customer Phone Number - for obvious reasons
- What to cover - Please state the current issue and any relevant details
- Ticket Number - again for obvious reasons
Making the Outbound Calls
- Log into the google calendar below in an incognito window on the shift when you are on callbacks.
- On Google chrome incognito window can be created by pressed ctrl - shift - n.
- Microsoft Edge incognito window can be created by going to top right three dots, selecting New In Private Window.
