How to Request an Outbound Call

Customers sometimes want to speak to a person directly rather than through chat or e-mail.

Often as well just calling can save a lot of time and give customers that personal touch.

The booking in link for this CANNOT be sent to customers.

We’ll have a different person on outbound calling every day so to request a brief chat please click on the following link and follow the process below:

  1. Check a Date & Time that works for the customer. The slots are between 9am-5pm weekdays and between 9am-430pm weekends.
  2. There is a fixed lunch break on weekdays at 1pm - 1:30pm on weekdays.
  3. Fill in the details as follows:

Making the Outbound Calls

  1. Log into the google calendar below in an incognito window on the shift when you are on callbacks.

  3. Send the Outbound Call Follow-Up Canned response with the appropriate details
