Please ensure that each Pro/App ticket you come across has one of these tags. If the issue is not listed here, please let a Shift Leader know so that we can create a new tag to add to our reporting & feedback to the Pro team.
CS Specific Tags
- PD_App_Notifications - For any issues with the notifications in the app
- PD_App_Flicker - For anyone reporting that the pages in the app eCommerce that keep refreshing/cycling.
- PD_Pro_Damage - For non-cosmetic Damage
- PD_App_Splashscreen - For the Black loading page
- PD_App_Loading_Pint - For the white, loading page with the refilling pint
- PD_App_MyKegs - For issues/feedback surrounding the “My Kegs” feature
- PD_Pro_Tap_Fail - For issues with the pinch valve inside the tap unit
- PD_App_Token_Issue - For token syncing issues
- PD_App_Login_Issue - For issues at the login stage
