With all faults we need to ensure that we are properly troubleshooting to ensure that a part actually does need replacing before we proceed to the actions below. I have split the page into different sections for each machine.

Philips PerfectDraft

How we deal with the need for spare parts depends on how long the customer has had the machine for as detailed below. There is a canned response named Enquiry: Philips Machine - Spare Parts that has several options to delete as appropriate for the various timeframes.

Time since Delivery Action
Within 30 days If there is a clear issue with a part that Philips supply (https://www.philips.co.uk/c-w/search.html#q=) then we can reimburse this in beer tokens if the customer provides us with proof of purchase
Within 6 Month Warranty - Refurb Machines ONLY Same as above. Or we would need to organise a return/replacement.
Within 2 years (Warranty Period) As we do not stock spare parts and Philips offer a repair service for machines in warranty this would need to be referred to them as a normal faulty machine and Philips will replace the part if needed
Outside of Warranty Period We can advise them that Philips supply spare parts or a repair service for a fee but cannot reimburse or arrange this for them

PerfectDraft Pro

Since PerfectDraft Pro is manufactured by PerfectDraft we do have a limited number of spare parts available but be sure you check that we have the stock before promising this to the customer. The SKUs we have are:

There is still a date factor for the Pro but it only applies inside and outside of the two year warranty. If they are within two years (and it is a fault and not just a customer running over a tap unit with their car or throwing it out the window etc.) then we can replace it. Outside of two years it is the customer’s responsibility.
