For all PerfectDraft Machines (Philips or Pro), if a fault is reported within 30 days of receipt, we need to organise a replacement for the machine.
After this, the warranty changes depending on a few factors, mainly the type of machine.
Outside of the 30 day returns window, refurbished machines have a 6 month warranty that starts from the day of receipt and is held by PerfectDraft.
Philips machines come with 2 year warranty that is provided for free by the manufacturer.
Therefore the machine needs to go to Philips, if they are not able to repair the machine then we are able to replace it, but Philips have to have the machine, check this and deem it irreparable for a replacement to be done.

If Philips are unable to repair this we just need customers to send the repair note that Philips provide.
PLEASE NOTE - Any Philips machines that customers buy from third parties we are unable to replace. This needs to be arranged solely with Philips & the retailer.
The PerfectDraft Pro is also covered by a 2 year warranty, however this warranty is held by PerfectDraft.
Therefore if we can confirm a fault with a machine that was sold by us or one of our registered partners (Asda, Amazon, Community POCs) then we can replace these in the warranty period.
If a PerfectDraft Pro is sold second hand by someone that is not a registered partner of PerfectDraft then this is in breach of our Terms & Conditions and that machine no longer benefits from the 2 year warranty.
Once you have determined this has been purchased through a third party (second hand - eBay/FB Marketplace), you will need to reach out to the Shift Leader on duty so they can review the situation.
