Our returns policy states that a customer has 14 days after they receive an item to return it if they are not happy with it, or simply change their mind! This does include PerfectDraft machines but we are entitled to reduce the amount refunded depending on the condition of the machine.
When returning a used machine, we always need to ensure that we receive photos of the machine from all angles, along with the original packaging & user manual etc. if they still have it.
There is no fixed rule on this as it depends on the overall condition, but I have included a table below that offers some suggestions on what to refund:
