Once you have determined that a PD Pro or Philips machine needs to be returned to us for whatever reason, you will need to get a collection booked via eRin.

When you are booking this collection, you MUST use one of the following formats for the “Customer Reference” on the collection. This will allow our operations team to sort the machines into the right place in the warehouse.

The reference formats are:

• ORDER NUMBER - FAULT
• ORDER NUMBER - USED
• ORDER NUMBER - RE-STOCK - for unused machines to return to stock (don't want to put unused to deter theft if left out for collection or in transit)
• ORDER NUMBER - COSMETIC - for cosmetic issues
• ORDER NUMBER - PARTS - for parts missing
