On the entering the home page enter the tracking number into the large search bar and click search/press enter.

You can also search for tracking information without the tracking number if needed.

  1. Click ‘Advanced search’ under the main search bar to open the list on the left of the screen.
  2. You can then search by either the postcode of the delivery address in the ‘delivery postcode’ box or the order number in the ‘Customer Ref’ box. You may need to amend the dates at the bottom before you click search.
  3. If using the postcode, make sure you have the correct order as this will bring up all deliveries for the postcode within that time frame.

Please remember that changing the address will delay the delivery by 24/48 hours due to them having to re-label it.

If the new address if a different postal area you will not be able to change it, it would need returning to us and then reordered to the new address so it goes to the correct delivery depot, Yodel will not transfer it to a different depot.
