All our subscriptions (BeerBods & Draft+) run on a system called Recurly, which not everyone has access to. It is a Magento equivalent specifically for subscriptions.

This guide should help anyone without Recurly access to help subscription customers as much as possible, and to gather the correct info for the problem to be resolved fully.

BeerBods

Bottles and cans arrive in boxes of 8, live tasting every Thursday. Orders are NOT in Magento, they go directly from Recurly to Beverage Platform. Order numbers in BP and eRin are in the format BB-12345-Recurly.

Useful info to get from the customer

• Name and email address
• Shipping address they get the subscription sent to
• Order or tracking reference if they have it (they may not)

How you CAN help without Recurly.

• If an order has been shipped it should be in eRin, you can search the delivery postcode to give the customer an update on delivery.
• If there is a mispack, take all the details of the beers received, so it can be resolved.
• Put all the information you can gather in the ticket, and put it in the BeerBods group on Freshdesk. Assure the customer the issue has been passed to the BeerBods team who will get it resolved asap and email the customer with the resolution.

Draft+

You choose 3x PD kegs to be delivered monthly. The subscription will recur each month on the date the customer signed up originally (15th of every month, etc). Beer tokens cannot be used on PD subs, but are earned on each order.

The only kegs available are:

Stella Artois, Becks, Jupiler, Budweiser, Lowenbrau, Hoegaarden, Hertog Jan, Leffe Blonde & Tiny Rebel Clwb Tropica

These are chosen from popularity and stock.
