Beer Tokens are a reward scheme that we have in place for our customers. Beer Tokens last 6-12 months from the date you earn them, depending on what you earn them for (6 months for purchases & 12 months for keg returns). Every token is worth 5p. You can read the full Terms & Conditions here:

Beer Token T&C's

You must have an account to earn tokens and you earn them for the following things:

• Every £1 you spend on beer products while logged into your account will earn you 1 token (Merchandise items do not earn beer tokens).
• Every product review that you submit on site will earn you 5 Beer Tokens.
• Every PerfectDraft keg you return will earn you 100 Beer Tokens

Checking & Editing Tokens

Tokens are managed through the Customer's account in Magento.

1. Once in the customer's account, navigate to Reward Points which is the bottom option of ‘Customer Information’.
2. Customers should be subscribed for Balance Updates and Expiration Notifications, but can opt out in their account if they choose to.
3. Tokens can be added/removed in the "Update Points" box
4. Type the number of tokens in the box, with a - to subtract if required. Select the appropriate comment from the Beer Tokens Key below:
