Welcome to Magento. This is our ordering system and customer database. All orders must come through Magento regardless of their origin, be it our site, over the phone, Amazon, PD Trade etc. On Magento you can place orders, edit customer accounts & access gift vouchers.

This is the Magento home screen. There are three tabs on the left that you will use: Sales, Customers & Marketing

On the Sales tab you will only really need to use Orders & Invoices:

On the Customers tab you'll only need All Customers:

And on the Marketing tab you only need to know Gift Card Accounts. You can read about how to use that here.

Orders

When you hit the Orders button under the Sales tab it will bring up the screen below. From here you can access or search for a customer's order by clicking on Filters.

Searching for an Order

Once you click Filters the below screen will appear. You can make amendments to what appears here based on the Columns drop down menu.

Here is a brief overview of the most important columns:

• ID - Here is where you would put the order number. Most standard PerfectDraft order numbers begin with 100.
• Ship-to Name - The name of the customer that the order is being delivered to. Obviously this is not 100% reliable as many people can share the same name so be sure to get some extra information.
• Billing Address & Shipping Address - While often the same these are not always. The best thing to ask for is the postcode of the shipping address. BEWARE - if you cannot find the order using this, try the postcode both with & without a space. I.e. DL11 9LR & DL119LR.
