Next you need to create a Google account using your ABInbev email address to use whilst you're working. Click here to go to the sign up page, make sure you click the link circled red below to use your Beer Hawk email address:
For your first time logging onto Freshdesk, you should have received an email with sign in details. You can find the log in page by clicking here - we recommend you tick the "Keep me logged in" box. If you lose or forget your Freshdesk password click the "Forgot Password" link. The screen you see should look like this:
You will also have received an email with your login details, the login screen looks exactly the same as it does for Freshdesk above. Same rules for "keep me logged in" and forgotten passwords apply for Freshchat - here's the sign in page link
The first screen you see when logging into Magento will depend if you're in the office or at home. As this is the backend of the whole website, it's kept under lock & key behind a VPN.
If you don't already have the Magento VPN login details, ask the CS Manager urgently. To access Magento, you need to follow this link and enter the VPN details if required. You should then see the login screen as below:
