PerfectDraft Pro can have issues just like any appliance. The good thing about the Pro is that it helps us by detecting it’s own faults. That’s not to say that unidentified problems can’t happen. Please make sure you’re using the relevant tag for Pro. A list can be found here.

Unidentified problems If no specific problem can be identified, please perform a fresh start: ▪ Open the appliance and remove the keg. ▪ Disconnect the keg as described on page 24. ▪ Turn off the appliance by disconnecting the power, then plug it back in. ▪ Connect a new keg with a new beer tube, as described on page 19. ▪ Leave the keg inside the powered appliance for 12 - 16 hours to cool down. ▪ Retry pouring a beer.
