Every Contact should be dealt with using the 6 Key CS Values:
- Treat customers how you would want to be treated
- Treat all customers fairly - take their tone out of the equation & get to the bottom of the actual issue
- Respond to every customer like it's the first one of the day
- Provide the resolution you believe is best for the situation - if you make the customer happy in a fair way, we trust your judgement!
- Put the customer at the heart of everything you do - focus on what we can do, not what we can't
- Help your workmates out - remember any conversation could be picked up by anyone else in the team - so make sure they're equipped to pick it up!
